Our brand new facilities come equipped with state of the art machinery and equipment, a skin cancer care clinic and our own dedicated Top End Travel Doctor who can help you to sort out any pre-travel requirements in addition to our range of medical services offered, including:

Top End Medical Centre Gateway is a mixed billing practice. We bulk bill DVA card holders, Concession Card Holders and children under 12 years of age. All other consultations incur a small gap fee, depending on the complexity of the consultation and the treatment required.
BULK BILLING will only apply from Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Please note that we do NOT provide concession discounts or BULK BILLING on weekends.
