Moil Medical Centre is an accredited General Practice offering mixed billing services, including some bulkbilling for eligible patients.

The practice principal Dr Tilakaratne and team have a long standing commitment to the community of Darwin.

Moil Medical Centre is a teaching facility for Registrars, Junior Doctors and Medical Students in conjunction with RACGP and ACCRM.

• Chronic disease management with ongoing preventative care (usually bulkbilled)

• Electrocardiogram (ECG)

• Mental health care and ongoing mental health support
• Minor skin cancer surveillance, minor surgical procedures and cryotherapy
• Pre-employment medicals and reports
• Telehealth
• Veterans health and assistance for transition from military to civilian life for Veterans and their families
• Womens health
• Worker’s compensation

We have onsite pathology collection (Western Diagnostic Pathology) from 0800 - 1100h.

We have in-house visiting Podiatry, Psychology and Dietitican services available.

We work closely with many partner organisations, specialist services, allied health and ex-service organisations. In particular Darwin Dermatology, Darwin Otology and NT Cardiac.

Located at Budgen Street, Moil, the practice is easily accessible to residents of Moil, Jingili, Casuarina, Wagaman, Wulagi, Anula, Marrara, Malak, Leanyer, Wanguri, Millner, Nightcliff, and Coconut Grove.

This practice has a long standing commitment to the community of Darwin, providing high quality medical services. Our staff are able to speak a variety of languages in addition to English, including Indonesian / Malay (Dr Westley) and Tagalog (Nurse Rocio).

Appointments are available Monday - Friday between 8am to 4pm Monday, with some walk-in / urgent services available upon request. Due to workforce challenges we do not currently provide any afterhours, weekends or public holiday clinical services.
