Top End Medical Centre Casuarina is a mixed billing practice. We bulk bill DVA card holders, Concession Card Holders and children under 12 years of age. All other consultations incur a small gap fee, depending on the complexity of the consultation and the treatment required.

BULK BILLING will only apply from Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Please note that we do NOT provide concession discounts or BULK BILLING on weekends.

Note:* One appointment is required for each family member requesting to be seen.* Each doctor has a designated time allocated for home visits to see patients that are unable to attend the Practice.* We do not give results over the phone.
