the Chief Executive of HKEX
a non-executive director of HKEX with significant Mainland China experience and perspective
additional members who are distinguished business leaders, policymakers or industry experts with Mainland China perspective nominated by the Board Chairman or the chairman of the Group

Major roles and functions

provide HKEX with high-level views on the economic outlook of Mainland China and other insights on Mainland China development.

act as sounding board on issues that may be relevant to HKEX's strategic or business development in Mainland

Operating mode

Meet every two to three months with additional meetings if considered necessary
