How do I get my documents?

If you received a medical certificate or referral as part of your consultation these will be sent to your email following your appointment.

If medication is prescribed following your consult, you can get it sent as an electronic script (eScript) to your phone or email, or have it sent to a local pharmacy. To enable you to receive an eScript and to enable PBS prescribing you will be asked to enter your Medicare number.

What is an eScript?

An eScript comes as a unique QR barcode (known as a 'token') to your mobile phone. You can email it to your preferred pharmacy to have your script ready in advance, or show it on your phone when you go in person and have your script made up.
