Referrals

Get a referral to see a psychologist, dermatologist, obstetrician or other medical specialist or for pathology and radiology requests.

If you’re experiencing cold and flu symptoms such as coughing, congestion, fever or fatigue consult with a doctor to determine treatment.

How do I get my documents?

After your consultation, any medical certificates or referrals you requested will be sent to your email. Additionally, if prescribed medication, you can receive an electronic script (eScript) to your phone or email, or have it sent to a nearby pharmacy. You will need to provide your Medicare number to receive an eScript and enable PBS prescribing.

What is an eScript?

An eScript comes as a unique QR barcode (known as a 'token') to your mobile phone. You can email it to your preferred pharmacy to have your script ready in advance, or show it on your phone when you go in person and have your script filled.
